  Things to remember :  
 

 

  1. It is a complete Meal Replacement Programme. No other food is allowed only drinks of black tea, black coffee, green tea, peppermint tea, but no fruit teas and of course water.
  2. To reduce any discomfort - aim for 3-4 litres of water a day. Fizzy water is allowed but not flavoured water.
  3. You should not be hungry on the diet.-If you feel hungry increase your water intake! Hunger is normal for the first 3-4 days until ketosis begins.
  4. While your body goes into ketosis expect to feel tired and lethargic. This is normal and temporary and will pass, normally by day 4 you are feeling better so DON'T GIVE UP.
  5. By the end of the week most people feel GREAT. After first week you can exercise as you see fit. Increase fluid intake just before you exercise.

  1. Keep weight loss target real. Set yourself a goal.
  2. To give yourself the best chance for success keep diary free of special occasions involving meals and ask your nearest and dearest for support!
  3. Do not use other weighing scales! All scales can vary, stick to one pair only. .

  6. Take the servings at any time of day - - As long as you get the required servings a day. Have the first mid morning then as required. Best to save one for evening initially as this relieves temptation to eat. Do not miss sachets as you will lose less weight and not get the required nutrients.
  7. Drink your usual amounts of tea/coffee without milk, tablet sweeteners permitted, and buy decaffeinated products if your intake increases.
