Ketosis

 
 

 

The body, when not dieting, uses mostly sugar for energy rather than fat. With Lipotrim the sugar content of the diet is kept deliberately low so that the body's own sugar stores get used up quickly. Fat then becomes the major source of energy. During this process the body acts in a state of ketosis.

When fat is burnt rapidly, the body produces substances from the fat called 'ketones' and the person is said to be in 'ketosis'. Tips with the drinks.

  • Add coffee to the vanilla or chocolate drinks to give them a different flavour.
  • Vary the amount of water you use as this will change the taste and texture a lot.
  • You must use a blender or a shaker to mix the drinks properly.
Mix them with ice cubes and make a smoothy in a blender.
